Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in public administration, business, marketing, advertising, communications or related field.
• A minimum of five (5) years of experience in community outreach, program management, business development, revenue generation, or marketing strategy.
• A minimum of two (2) years of contract management experience to include negotiating financial terms and conditions with government entities, corporations, neighborhood groups, or non-profits.
• A minimum of one (1) year of experience in a supervisory capacity managing people directly.

Responsibilities

• Oversees the daily operations of RTD’s employer-sponsored, institutional, and community-based transit pass programs, ensuring effective administration, customer service and compliance.
• Recruits staff, interviews, hires, assigns work, trains, coaches and counsels to apply Employee Guidelines and processes.
• Conducts performance reviews and maintains accountability for team performance.
• Fosters a safety-first culture and advances goals of EE0/Title VI/ADA plans, ensuring fair and non-discriminatory practices.
