RTD in Denver seeks a Pass Programs Supervisor to oversee daily operations of employer-sponsored, institutional, and community-based transit pass programs, including EcoPass, CollegePass, and Neighborhood EcoPass. You will supervise staff, ensure customer service quality, and maintain data integrity while supporting growth and operational excellence.

Ideal candidates have a bachelor’s degree in a related field, 5+ years in program management or revenue-generation roles, 2+ years in contract

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in public administration, business, marketing, advertising, communications or related field.
At least five years in community outreach, program management, business development, revenue generation, or marketing strategy.
At least two years in contract management with broad customer bases including government entities, corporations, neighborhood groups, or nonprofits.
At least one year of experience supervising staff.

Responsabilités

Oversee daily operations of employer-sponsored and community pass programs.
Ensure administration, customer service, and compliance for EcoPass, CollegePass, Neighborhood EcoPass.
Supervise a team of pass program staff and manage external stakeholder relationships.
Maintain data integrity and support strategic growth and operational excellence.
Recruit, coach, and conduct performance reviews; enforce safety and Equal Employment Opportunity goals.
