Job summary

Barry Isett & Associates is seeking a Project Manager with 5 to 15 years of road and street design experience to join our Transportation Services team in the Northeast PA region.

You will lead transportation projects, mentor engineers, and collaborate with municipalities, school districts, and private-sector clients to deliver high‑quality designs and permit packages, including PennDOT processes.

Qualifications

• B.S. in Civil Engineering or a related field.
• Professional Engineer (PE) license preferred.
• Experience with AutoCAD Civil 3D or similar engineering software.
• Technical knowledge and/or previous experience in transportation-related work.

Responsibilities

• Deliver a full range of transportation services for municipalities, school districts, and private-sector clients.
• Lead and mentor transportation engineers.
• Manage a variety of transportation projects and build trusted client relationships.
• Support staff development and contribute to department growth.
