Job summary

Barry Isett & Associates is seeking a Project Manager to lead transportation engineering and analysis initiatives across municipal, private, and institutional clients. The role emphasizes PennDOT approval experience, team leadership, and client-focused project delivery.

You will guide transportation engineers, manage a range of projects, and help grow the department during a period of expansion. Flexible base locations within Northeast PA support collaborative regional teamwork.

Qualifications

B.S. Civil Engineering or related field.
Professional Engineer (PE) license preferred.
Synchro & HCS Experience.
Technical knowledge and/or previous experience in equipment selection, and cost estimating.

Responsibilities

Lead and mentor transportation engineers on diverse projects.
Manage municipal, institutional, and private-sector transportation projects.
Build trusted relationships with clients and stakeholders to ensure project success.
Take on leadership responsibilities, guiding growth of the transportation team.
Support department growth and impact in the communities it serves.
Deliver a full range of transportation services for municipalities, school districts, and private-sector clients.
