The role is based out of Isett's Northeast PA offices, with opportunities to mentor engineers and manage municipal, school district, and private-sector projects across the region. You will oversee design deliverables, coordinate with PennDOT processes, and strengthen relationships with clients while contributing to department growth and

Qualifications

• B.S. in Civil Engineering or related field.
• PE license preferred.
• Experience with AutoCAD Civil 3D or similar software.
• Technical knowledge and/or experience in transportation-related work.

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor transportation engineers on a variety of projects.
• Manage transportation projects and build trusted client relationships.
• Develop traffic, roadway, and design solutions including PennDOT HOP processes.
• Support staff development and growth within the transportation department.
