Barry Isett & Associates in the Northeast PA region seeks a Transportation Project Manager with 5 to 15 years of road and street design experience, including PennDOT approval work, to lead and mentor a growing team.

You will manage a range of municipal, institutional, and private projects, advance client relationships, and contribute to project delivery and staff development within a collaborative, employee-owned firm.

Qualifications

• B.S. in Civil Engineering or related field required.
• PE license preferred.
• Experience with AutoCAD Civil 3D or similar engineering software.

Responsibilities

• Deliver transportation services for municipalities, school districts, and private-sector clients.
• Lead and mentor transportation engineers.
• Manage a variety of transportation projects and build client relationships.
• Support staff development and department growth.
