Job summary

Barry Isett & Associates seeks a Project Manager for its Transportation Services group in Northeast PA. The role leads transportation projects, mentors engineers, and drives growth across municipal, school district and private-sector work.

You will oversee Traffic Impact Studies, safety reviews, signal design, and PennDOT permitting, while strengthening client relationships and delivering high-quality solutions.

Qualifications

• B.S. Civil Engineering or related field.
• Professional Engineer (PE) license preferred.
• Synchro & HCS experience.
• Technical knowledge and/or experience in equipment selection and cost estimating.

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor transportation engineers on multiple projects.
• Manage a variety of transportation projects for municipal, institutional and private clients.
• Build trusted relationships with clients and stakeholders.
• Provide leadership as the department grows and delivers projects on time.
• Support staff development and project delivery within the transportation services group.
