Job summary

Barry Isett & Associates is seeking a Project Manager for its transportation services department to lead traffic engineering projects and mentor engineers. The role involves managing client relationships, coordinating with municipal and private clients, and guiding project delivery to support department growth.

Ideal candidates have 5–15 years of traffic engineering experience, PennDOT project exposure, and strong leadership skills to drive continued team development and high-quality outcomes.

Qualifications

• B.S. Civil Engineering or related field required.
• PE license preferred.
• Experience with Synchro & HCS and traffic engineering software.
• Knowledge of equipment selection and cost estimating.

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor transportation engineers on projects.
• Manage a variety of transportation projects and client relationships.
• Support staff development and strengthen project delivery for the department.
• Contribute to growth of the transportation services team.
