Qualifications

• B.S. Civil Engineering or related field is required.
• Professional Engineer license preferred.
• Experience with traffic engineering studies and PennDOT processes.

• Manage project scope, schedule, and budget for transportation work.
• Develop client relationships and expand the transportation practice.
