David Evans and Associates, Inc. is seeking a Project Coordinator to join our Transportation team in Boise or Coeur d’Alene, ID; Portland, OR; Salt Lake City, UT; Seattle or Bellevue, WA.

You will support budgeting, forecasting, invoicing, contracts, and project reporting while coordinating meetings and deliverables to keep projects on schedule. You will partner with project managers, clients, and teams to ensure financial health and successful outcomes on complex transportation projects,

Qualifications

• Minimum 8 years of experience in a project coordination role.
• Expertise in Outlook, Word, Excel, and financial tracking.
• Experience in customer service and/or quality control.
• Familiarity with contracts, invoicing, and general accounting practices.

Responsibilities

• Deliver outstanding customer service while working with clients and internal teams.
• Partner with project managers for cost forecasting, budget management and financial reporting.
• Manage contracts, scope changes, and change orders with timely delivery.
• Prepare project invoices and progress reports, including subconsultant invoices.
• Support budgeting, accounting documentation, and data analysis to monitor financial health.
• Assist with document preparation and quality reviews.
• Collaborate with internal teams, subconsultants, and clients on scope and fee development.
• Organize meetings, prepare agendas, and follow up on action items.
• Monitor contracts and task orders to ensure budget adherence and quality audits.
• Assist with AR/UB, cost-to-complete reports, and earned value reports.
