Job summary

David Evans and Associates, Inc. seeks a Project Coordinator to join our Transportation team across multiple U.S. locations, including Seattle and Bellevue, WA.

You’ll manage a spectrum of project activities from client coordination to invoicing, budgeting, and reporting, ensuring on-time delivery and quality control. Ideal candidates bring 8+ years in project coordination, strong proficiency with MS Office and financial tracking, and experience with contracts and invoicing.

Qualifications

• Minimum 8 years of experience in a project coordination role.
• Expertise in Outlook, Word, Excel and financial tracking.
• Experience in contracts, invoicing and general accounting practices.
• Familiarity with customer service and quality control.

Responsibilities

• Deliver client and stakeholder collaboration and build relationships.
• Partner with project manager for cost forecasting, budgets, and financial reporting.
• Manage contracts, scope changes, and change orders with timely delivery.
• Prepare project invoices and progress reports, including subconsultant invoices.
• Support budgeting, accounting documentation, and data analysis for project health.
