Job summary

David Evans and Associates, Inc. is seeking a Project Coordinator to join our Transportation team across Boise/ Coeur d’Alene, ID and other locations.

You will support project managers with budgets, invoicing, scheduling, and client communications to drive project success. Ideal candidates bring 8+ years in project coordination, experience with contracts and invoicing, and proficiency in Outlook, Word, Excel, and SharePoint.

Qualifications

• Minimum 8 years of experience in a project coordination role.
• Expertise in Outlook, Word, Excel, and financial tracking.
• Experience in customer service and/or quality control.
• Familiarity with contracts, invoicing, and general accounting practices.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with clients and stakeholders to foster relationships and deliver value.
• Support project manager with cost forecasting, budgeting, and financial reporting.
• Manage contracts, scope changes, and change orders, ensuring compliance and timely delivery.
• Prepare project invoices and progress reports, including processing subconsultant invoices.
• Compile data for budgeting, accounting documentation, and financial health monitoring.
• Support for document deliverables and quality reviews.
• Coordinate with internal teams, subconsultants, and clients on scope, schedule, and budget.
• Organize project meetings, prepare agendas, attend meetings, and follow up on actions.
• Monitor contracts and task orders, ensuring scope and budget adherence and conducting quality audits.
• Assist with AR, UB, cost-to-complete reports, and earned value reporting.
