David Evans and Associates, Inc. is seeking a Project Coordinator to support transportation projects across multiple locations, including Portland, OR.

You will partner with project managers, clients, and teams to manage budgeting, invoicing, contracts, and reporting, ensuring projects stay on schedule and financially healthy. The role emphasizes collaboration, data preparation, and quality control while supporting subconsultants and internal teams.

Qualifications

• Minimum 8 years of experience in a project coordination role.
• Expertise with Outlook, Word, Excel, and financial tracking.
• Experience in customer service and/or quality control.
• Familiarity with contracts, invoicing, and general accounting practices.

Responsabilités

• Collaborate with project managers to keep projects on schedule.
• Assist with budgeting, forecasting, invoicing, and reporting.
• Support contract & change management and change orders.
• Prepare project documentation and deliverables.
• Coordinate meetings and action items; track budgets and deliverables.
• Support AR, UB, cost-to-complete, and earned value reports.
