Job summary

The role involves coordinating FEMA documentation, monitoring maintenance plans, and producing district-wide reports for upper management and the Central Office in Charleston.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree from a regionally accredited college or university.
• Four (4) years of full-time or equivalent experience may substitute for the required training/education.
• Three (3) years of full-time or equivalent experience required.
• Travel may be required; a valid driver's license is required.

Responsibilities

• Oversee Performance Management Unit, supervising 2–5 employees.
• Track district project performance, budgets and maintenance operations.
• Monitor annual plans, district life-cycles, and key dates.
• Prepare district-wide financial and operational reports for upper management and Central Office.
