West Virginia is seeking a Transportation Program Manager 2 to lead the Performance Management Unit at the District 4 Headquarters in Harrison County. You will supervise a small team, track district project performance, budgets, and maintenance operations, and compile district-wide reports for upper management.

You will ensure data accuracy through audits, assist with FEMA documentation, and coordinate travel as required.

Competenze

• Bachelor's degree from a regionally accredited college or university.
• Three years of full-time or equivalent experience in a professional, administrative, technical, or supervisory position.
• Travel may be required; a valid driver’s license is required.
• Experience in tracking budgets, maintenance operations, and project life‑cycles is preferred.
