Qualifications

• Knowledge of civil and transportation engineering and related laws/regulations.
• Strong budgeting, funding allocation and expenditure tracking skills.
• Experience coordinating with multiple stakeholders including government bodies and the public.
• Ability to develop staff and manage cross-functional teams.
• Experience with TIP/STIP modifications and federal program guidance.

• Support construction program delivery and advance infrastructure and financial goals.
• Coordinate with internal/external stakeholders to ensure policy compliance and project success.
