State of Indiana is seeking a seasoned program coordinator for the Seymour District at INDOT. You will guide utility/railroad coordination, liaise with designers, consultants, and local officials, and help keep projects on schedule.

You will apply extensive knowledge of program rules, budgets, and compliance while communicating clearly with diverse stakeholders and leading teams to meet project goals.

Qualifications

• Requires specialized knowledge in program subject matter gained through experience/education.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Extensive knowledge of federal and state laws governing the programs.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate meetings with designers, consultants, and officials to scope work and determine financial obligations.
• Participate in diagnostic reviews to identify utility relocations and rail crossings.
