• Specialized knowledge of project standards in rural, suburban and urban areas.
• Experience with environmental documentation requirements and permit processes.

Responsibilities

• Lead project teams through all phases to meet scope, schedule and budget.
• Ensure the scope of work aligns with INDOT quality and policy expectations.
• Review progress and technical performance on the project.
• Communicate efforts during delivery to ensure project success.
• Coordinate with functional areas (ROW, environmental, design, utility).
• Foster cross-functional engagement with design and construction.
