Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Develop, review, and manage RFPs to ensure accuracy, completeness, and compliance with INDOT standards.
• Coordinate ERMS routing and quality control of all design plan submissions, ensuring correct formatting and timely progression through required review cycles.
• Lead consultant scoring teams; manage scorer coordination, eligibility checks, training verification, and compliance with scoring protocols.
• Collaborate with Project Managers, Planning, MPO staff, Central Office reviewers, designers, Construction, Utilities, Permitting, and consultants to support smooth project delivery.
