Job summary

WSP USA currently seeks a Technical Director, Project Management for the Mountain Pacific Region. Lead cross-functional teams on major transportation programs, with oversight of budgets, schedules, and quality across multiple concurrent projects.

You will support proposals, cost estimates, and resource plans while coordinating with district and regional leaders. A PMP or CAP-M and extensive transit experience are required. This role can be based in Pacific Northwest offices.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Planning or related field.
• 12+ years experience with 5+ years in transit/transport projects.
• PM certification or equivalent experience (e.g., PMP, CAP-M).
• Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee cross-functional teams to execute multiple projects including budgets, hours, and expenses.
• Develop proposals, cost estimates, scope, schedules, and resource plans.
• Support budget development, ETCs, and invoicing; manage change and QA/QC.
• Maintain client communications with monthly status reports and risk updates.
• Guide project management staff and ensure adherence to contracts.
