Job summary

Ryder System, Inc. is seeking a Senior Manager of Transportation Processes to lead strategic process transformation across the transportation management organization.

You will map current processes, identify variation, waste, and automation opportunities, and redesign workflows leveraging AI-enabled solutions and Blue Yonder alignment. You will work with operations, technology, and AI teams to standardize processes, establish metrics, and drive change management for successful adoption.

Qualifications

• Experience leading end-to-end process transformation in transportation or supply chain.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end process mapping for 70 customers to uncover variation, waste, and automation opportunities.
• Drive standardization of processes with AI agents and define scope and outcomes.
• Scope and prepare transformation proposals for executive approval.
• Redesign workflows in alignment with technology capabilities and ensure proper rollout and adoption.
• Engage cross-functional stakeholders to drive alignment and continuous improvement.
