• Experience leading large-scale transformation, automation, or digital modernization.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end process mapping across 70 customers to expose variation and automation potential.
• Design scalable processes with AI-enabled solutions to improve efficiency and outcomes.
• Establish roll-out plans, metrics, and change-management activities for adoption.
• Redesign processes within Blue Yonder and align tech with future-state workflows.
• Engage cross-functional stakeholders to drive alignment and execution.
