Job summary

Qualifications

• Must have prior supervising experience.
• Self-motivated with a strong work ethic.
• Excellent customer service and detail-oriented.
• Able to learn programs to assign tasks and determine appropriate work.
• Enjoy working with children.
• Ability to sit/stand for an 8-hour shift and handle basic lifting/reaching.
• Must maintain a safe driving record and driver’s license.
• Flexible schedule including early morning shifts.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and advise 30-60 drivers and monitors.
• Develop and implement efficient routes across regions per client needs.
• Assign driver tasks reflecting knowledge and performance.
• Maintain detailed records for monthly billing counts.
• Provide emergency back-up for absent drivers.
• Foster positive relationships with staff, guardians, clients, and partners.
• Ensure compliance with company policies during dispatch.
• Maintain organization and perform daily office dispatch tasks.
