Responsibilities

• Supervise and advise 30-60 drivers and monitors.
• Develop and implement efficient routes across several regions with regard to individual client needs; assign driver tasks reflecting skills and performance.
• Record, deliver, and retrieve messages accurately; solve operational problems while maintaining professional relations.
• Maintain compliance with company policies; develop driver skills through guidance and observation.
• Promote good performance and recommend reassignment or discipline as needed.
• Spend time behind the wheel to know routes, clients, drivers, and programs; provide emergency backup for absent drivers.
• Build and maintain a positive relationship with those you supervise and with customers.
• Maintain detailed records to perform monthly billing counts.
