Qualifications

• Associate Degree or equivalent level of education/experience.
• 2+ years of experience in transportation, logistics, supply chain, or customer service.
• Experience with Microsoft Office Suite including spreadsheet capability.
• Experience working with ERP systems (SAP) and transportation management systems.
• Strong analytical, communication, and problem‑solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate inbound and outbound shipments across Truckload, LTL, Intermodal, and other modes.
• Collaborate daily with distribution centers, shipment planning teams, customer service teams, and carrier partners.
• Plan and manage movement of materials balancing service, cost, and constraints.
• Monitor performance, identify delays, capacity issues, and service problems.
