Job summary

Kohler Co. is seeking a Supervisor, Distribution Center in Kohler, WI.

You will oversee put away, replenishment, picking, and inventory of finished goods within our Wisconsin Distribution Center, managing a 20–40 person team and ensuring data accuracy in the Warehouse Management System. Responsibilities include training staff, enforcing safety and company policies, and contributing to continuous improvement and reporting.

Qualifications

• Associates Degree or technical diploma in warehouse operations (Bachelor's preferred).
• 3–5+ years of distribution experience.
• Effective written and verbal communication.
• Basic computer skills and ability to learn new programs.
• Safety‑minded, team player capable of independent decision making.

Responsibilities

• Supervise put away, replenishment, picking, and inventory of finished products.
• Assign personnel daily to meet shipping schedules and production deliveries.
• Control data input in the Warehouse Management System to meet daily processing needs.
• Train an efficient workforce to meet storage and retrieval requirements.
• Support standard work measurement, training, auditing, and change notices as needed.
• Ensure good housekeeping to protect products and maintain an orderly environment.
• Maintain storage and material handling equipment in safe operating condition.
