Kohler Co. is seeking a Supervisor, Distribution Center in Kohler, WI.
You will oversee put away, replenishment, picking, and inventory of finished goods within our Wisconsin Distribution Center, managing a 20–40 person team and ensuring data accuracy in the Warehouse Management System. The Supervisor, Distribution role oversees the coordination of put away, replenishment, picking, and inventory operations for Kitchen & Bath finished goods within the Wisconsin Distribution Center. Responsible for managing a team of 20-40 associates, the position ensures efficient product movement through storage locations, maintains accurate data in the Warehouse Management System, and supports safety, quality, and operational standards. The supervisor also leads workforce training, enforces company policies, and contributes to continuous improvement initiatives and reporting.

The specific salary offered to a candidate may be influenced by a variety of factors including the candidate's experience, their education, and the work location. In addition, this position is eligible for a performance bonus/variable incentive compensation.
