Rehlko Power Systems in Kohler, WI, is seeking a results-driven Supervisor of Sales Administration to lead a team of Sales Coordinators responsible for shipment planning, order fulfillment, and customer communications. You will oversee transportation planning and partner with Sales, Manufacturing, Operations, and Distributors to ensure on-time delivery.

The ideal candidate has a Bachelor's in a related field, 3+ years of supervision in logistics, and strong knowledge of SAP and ERP systems, with

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree required in SCM, Logistics, Business, or related field.
3+ years supervising logistics, transportation, or order fulfillment teams in a fast-paced environment.
Experience coordinating domestic shipments, carrier management, and freight planning.
Excellent communication, problem solving, and relationship-management skills.

Responsibilities

Lead and coach Sales Coordinators in shipment planning, transportation management, and customer communication.
Oversee finished goods shipments to ensure on-time delivery, accuracy, and cost efficiency.
Partner with Sales, Manufacturing, Operations, Warehouse, Transportation Providers, and Distributor leadership to align priorities.
Monitor on-time shipment performance, freight costs, and delivery accuracy.
Drive process improvements and implement new logistics tools and reporting capabilities.
