Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in a related field.
• 3+ years in a leadership role.
• 3+ years in supply chain, warehouse ops, inventory control or material flow.
• Knowledge of inventory management systems and SAP.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication.

Responsibilities

• Lead all on-site materials operations: receiving, warehousing, supermarkets, kitting, inventory control, and internal logistics.
• Establish standard work, procedures, and KPIs to achieve operational excellence.
• Drive root-cause investigations and corrective actions for material-related issues.
• Operate with safety compliance and operator training for PIV requirements.
