Job summary

24-hour HR Process Outsourcing Incorporated seeks a Transportation Coordinator for our Lakeland campus to manage all inbound and outbound transportation tasks. You will coordinate with a 3PL partner, Saddle Creek Logistics, and deploy a dock schedule across four facilities to ensure on-time delivery and operational excellence.

The role requires 1–2 years in transportation or logistics, a Bachelor’s in supply chain, and strong leadership with SAP/WMS familiarity.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in supply chain preferred.
• 1–2 years of experience in transportation or logistics.
• Proven ability to lead teams and cross-functional collaboration.
• Familiarity with SAP, WMS, and labor management systems.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all transportation responsibilities for Lakeland Campus facilities.
• Route orders daily to meet ship dates and secure carrier capacity.
• Track carrier performance and troubleshoot loads at risk of delay.
• Schedule outbound and inbound shipments with carriers and dock capacity.
• Maintain SOX compliance with relevant reports.
