Job summary

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of related experience including supervision
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills with all levels within the organization
• Excellent organizational skills with ability to handle multiple priorities and deadlines
• Proficient with email and Microsoft Office (Excel and Word) and ability to learn new systems
• Detail oriented and able to work under pressure and changing workflows
• Ability to work extended hours as needed

Responsibilities

• Manage delivery and shuttle operations to ensure routes and deliveries are accurately executed
• Travel to drop yards, meet contractors, and provide visit recaps
• Review routes and linehaul assignments
• Monitor deliveries and routes in Dispatch Track/Motive from start to finish
• Collaborate with Store Management, Customer Care and other departments daily
• Enforce safety procedures by inspecting equipment, logs, DVIRs, and Hours of Service records
• Recruit, motivate, and retain hourly associates; conduct performance evaluations
• Hold direct reports accountable and perform disciplinary actions as needed
• Perform other duties as required
