You will work with contractors, store management, and multiple departments to maintain smooth operations, mentor hourly staff, and drive continuous improvement in efficiency and service quality.

Responsibilities

• Oversee delivery and shuttle operations to ensure accurate execution.
• Coordinate with contractors, store management, and care to meet schedules.
• Review routes and linehaul assignments and monitor in Dispatch Track/Motive.
• Ensure safety by inspecting equipment, logs, DVIRs, and Hours of Service records.
• Recruit, motivate, and manage hourly associates; conduct performance reviews.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to maintain morale and efficiency.
• Perform other duties as required.
