Job summary

Heniff Transportation Systems, LLC is seeking a Dispatcher/Driver Manager in Texas. The role focuses on assigning jobs to drivers, maintaining safe operations, and ensuring high service levels for customers.

You will develop driver relationships, coordinate loads, and monitor hours of service. The position requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to adapt in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Associate’s Degree or equivalent work experience.
• Minimum 5 years of related experience in dispatch or driver management.
• Familiarity with DOT and OSHA regulations.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain professional relationships with drivers to ensure needs are met.
• Communicate with customers to ensure a high level of service.
• Maximize driver availability to utilize equipment and maximize revenue.
• Review dispatch sheets and driver assignments for all loads.
• Enter load information into TMW and prepare delivery receipts.
• Provide documentation and communicate pertinent information to drivers for scheduled loads.
• Ensure compliance with safety rules (DOT/OSHA) and corporate policies.
• Monitor hours of service and update records as required.
