• 45% Managing Process: Executes transportation functions to meet budget, standards, and metrics. Manages fleet, routes, yard and service performance; analyzes results and creates improvement plans.
• 25% Coaching /Developing Associates: Trains and evaluates hourly staff, provides feedback, hires, disciplines, and develops teams.
• 15% Drive Results: Ensures on-time service, optimizes trailer utilization, reviews metrics and financial analysis for actions on negative trends.
• 15% Business Planning: Aligns transportation plan with budget and delivery goals; reviews reports and plans transportation needs.
