Qualifications

• Minimum 2+ years in transportation or logistics or related field.
• Experience with carrier management and routing operations.
• Experience with budgeting and cost control.
• Ability to lead a team and manage performance.

Responsibilities

• Manage carrier relationships and planning to ensure timely deliveries to stores.
• Control transportation costs and audit carrier invoices.
• Develop and lead the customer service team handling store concerns.
• Develop and report financial and operations metrics.
• Maintain yard integrity, dock, security and pallet recycling.
