Job summary

Veolia North America, LLC is seeking a Service Transportation Manager to lead a transportation team at a service center. You will align operations with safety, regulatory standards, and customer SLAs while supporting growth and account retention.

You will collaborate with the Service Center General Manager and HR to drive performance, training, and compliance across routes, equipment, and personnel in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• BA or BS in environmental-related field preferred.
• HAZWOPER training completed and current or able to obtain.
• Active CDL is preferred.
• Experience in transportation management software systems.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership and coaching to service center transportation staff.
• Ensure safety, regulatory compliance, and DOT adherence for all routes.
• Manage route planning, scheduling, and driver/debrief processes.
• Support sales onboarding and maintain customer relationships.
• Monitor KPIs, SLAs, and continuous improvement at the service center.
