Job summary

Clean Earth in Phoenix, part of Veolia North America, is seeking a Service Transportation Manager to lead a transportation team within the service center. You will oversee drivers, dispatchers, and support staff, drive on-time performance, and ensure DOT compliance and safety.

You will partner with operations, sales, and HR to recruit, train, and develop talent, manage route planning, and optimize resources while delivering superior customer service and meeting SLAs.

Qualifications

• 3 years' experience in transportation field including transportation management software and knowledge of DOT regulations.
• 2 years of proven leadership experience.
• 40-hour HAZWOPER training current or ability to obtain.

Responsibilities

• Lead a service center transportation team including drivers, driver assistants, and dispatchers.
• Collaborate with sales and operations to meet SLAs and customer KPIs.
• Ensure compliance with DOT regulations and environmental health and safety.
• Manage route planning, staffing, and payroll oversight.
• Maintain driver qualification files and DOT logs.
