Job summary

Veolia is seeking a Service Center Supervisor to lead a transportation team at a North American service center, coordinating with customer service, operations, and support to meet SLAs and KPIs.

Responsibilities include staff coaching, performance reviews, recruitment, safety program leadership, and compliance with DOT regulations and waste-management goals. A CDL and related experience are valued.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher preferred or demonstrated equivalent experience.
• HAZWOPER 40-hour training completed or ability to obtain.
• Experience in transportation management and DOT regulations.
• Experience leading teams and managing SLAs/KPIs.

Responsibilities

• Lead service center transportation team (drivers, assistants, dispatchers) to meet customer SLAs and KPIs.
• Partner with Service Center Manager and HR to address salary adjustments, promotions, and transfers.
• Recruit and hire service center transportation staff and drivers.
• Conduct regular safety meetings and communicate procedural changes to the team.
• Provide on-the-job training and ensure training compliance.
