Veolia seeks a Service Center Supervisor in California to lead a transportation team at a Veolia service center, including drivers and dispatchers, to support operational strategies that align with the company’s culture and long-term goals to exceed our customers’ expectations.

You will act as liaison among customer service, operations, and the support team to ensure superior customer satisfaction with adherence to SLAs and KPIs, and support account retention at the service center.

Qualifications

• BA/BS degree required or preferred or equivalent work experience
• 3+ years in transportation field with DOT regulations knowledge and logistics understanding
• 2+ years leadership experience
• HazWoper training current or ability to obtain

Responsabilités

• Provide coaching and development to service center employees
• Participate in recruitment and hiring of transportation staff
• Ensure safety compliance and regulatory requirements
• Maintain customer satisfaction with SLAs and KPIs
• Lead a team including drivers, dispatchers, and driver assistants
• Collaborate with Service Center Manager to meet EH&S and regulatory goals
• Promote safety training and on-the-job training
