Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Knowledge of FMCSR and DOT regulations.
• Familiarity with hazardous materials rules and ELDs.
• Experience with routing, scheduling, and fleet coordination.
• Proficient in MS Office (Outlook, Word, Excel).

Responsibilities

• Supervise daily transportation operations including routing and driver execution.
• Coordinate staffing and workload to ensure on-time delivery.
• Lead transportation team with hiring, training, and coaching.
• Set expectations and provide feedback for team performance.
• Ensure DOT compliance and safety program adherence.
• Maintain fleet readiness, inspections, and service schedules.
• Monitor KPIs and prepare fleet performance reports.
• Identify process improvements to boost delivery efficiency.
