- Knowledge of FMCSR regulations.
- Familiarity with hazardous materials transportation rules.
- Experience with ELDs and compliance.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools.
Responsibilities
- Supervise daily transportation operations (routing, departures, deliveries).
- Coordinate staffing and workload distribution.
- Lead transportation team; hire, train, coach, and manage performance.
- Ensure DOT compliance and safety standards.
- Maintain fleet readiness, maintenance, inspections, and service schedules.
- Monitor KPIs and drive process improvements.
- Communicate with departments to support operations.
