Job summary

O’Reilly Auto Parts seeks a Distribution Center Supervisor to oversee daily DC operations, ensuring safe, accurate, and efficient movement of goods. You will lead and develop a team, schedule workloads, and monitor performance to meet delivery and productivity goals.

Responsibilities include coordination of receiving, stocking, and order processing, ensuring compliance with procedures and safety standards, and driving continuous improvement within the distribution function.

Qualifications

• Strong leadership, coaching, and team development skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and workflow to meet deadlines.
• Knowledge of warehouse operations and general materials handling processes.
• Experience with warehouse management systems (WMS), inventory systems, routing systems, or AS400 platforms.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate daily distribution center operations for supervised area to ensure operational efficiency.
• Lead, train, schedule, evaluate, and coach distribution center team members while promoting accountability, productivity, and teamwork.
• Monitor departmental workflow and staffing levels to meet daily goals and productivity targets.
• Ensure compliance with operational procedures, safety standards, and DOT regulations if applicable.
• Oversee inbound/outbound processes to ensure proper receipt, stocking, processing, and delivery of merchandise.
