Job summary

O’Reilly Auto Parts seeks a supervisor to oversee daily distribution center operations, ensuring safe, accurate, and efficient movement of merchandise. You will lead, train, and coach a team, manage staffing and workflow, and ensure compliance with safety standards and company procedures.

You’ll coordinate with the operations manager to maintain smooth workflows, monitor performance metrics, and drive continuous improvement within a fast-paced distribution environment.

Qualifications

• Strong leadership and team development skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and workflows to meet deadlines.
• Knowledge of warehouse operations and materials handling processes.
• Experience with warehouse management systems (WMS), inventory and routing systems or AS400 platforms.
• Experience with operational metrics and productivity expectations.

Responsibilities

• Supervise daily distribution center operations to ensure efficiency.
• Lead, train, schedule, evaluate, and coach team members to promote accountability and teamwork.
• Monitor workflow and staffing to meet daily goals and productivity targets.
• Ensure compliance with policies, procedures, safety standards, and regulations.
• Oversee inbound/outbound processes to ensure accurate receiving, stocking, processing, loading and delivery.
