Job summary

Hibbett is seeking a Transportation Supervisor to coordinate customer service and carrier relations across North America. You will drive service performance, manage claims and RTV processes, and support store openings, remodels, and closures with data-driven improvements.

The role requires 3–5 years in Transportation Operations, a Bachelor's or Associate degree, and advanced Excel, WMS, TMS, and PowerPoint skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred or Associate’s degree with equivalent experience
• 3-5 years of experience in Transportation Operations
• Advanced knowledge of Excel, WMS, TMS, and PowerPoint

Responsibilities

• Coordinate transportation customer service and carrier relations across North American fascias.
• Manage service opportunities, carrier performance, claims, loss prevention, and RTV processes.
• Support new store openings, remodels, and closures with data tracking to improve efficiency.
• Develop carrier and fascia relationships to ensure efficient product flow.
• Create and maintain SOPs quarterly.
• Enforce DOT/FMCSA compliance and safety standards.
• Leverage BI, PCSTrac, and Proship to track team performance.
• Cross-train to back up peer Transportation Supervisors.
