Job summary

RXO is seeking a Supervisor, Managed Transportation Operations to lead day-to-day transportation activities for a dedicated account. You will oversee operations, carrier performance, and customer service while developing staff and improving processes.

You will work with internal teams, customers, and carriers to resolve issues, drive continuous improvement, and ensure service, cost, and quality objectives are achieved in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 2 years of experience in transportation, logistics, or supply chain operations.
• Previous leadership or supervisory experience.
• Experience with a Transportation Management System (TMS).

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and develop a team of Transportation Specialists responsible for shipment execution, customer support, and carrier management.
• Review daily transportation activity to ensure freight is planned and executed cost-effectively.
• Monitor daily operational performance and ensure KPI targets are met.
• Support specialists with scheduling, track & trace, exception management, and in-transit issue resolution.
• Serve as primary escalation point for customer, carrier, and operational issues.
