Job summary

Qualifications

• Associate degree or 1–2 years related experience or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• 3 years of transportation experience preferred.
• Demonstrates decision‑making ability with little supervision.
• Intermediate Excel skills are preferred.

Responsibilities

• Serve as driver supervisor/representative in Operations and be the primary communication link to drivers.
• Manage drivers’ performance across identified categories to optimize satisfaction for drivers and customers.
• Sole communications link to drivers for load information, advances, maintenance coordination, and dissemination of company news.
• Ensure drivers are current on preventative maintenance and update on road conditions.
