Job summary

Qualifications

• Supervisory experience in high-volume setting (30+ employees)
• Strong leadership, time management and communication skills
• Ability to train and coach staff and provide feedback efficiently
• ServSafe certification or ability to obtain certification required

Responsibilities

• Supervise drivers and driver assistants and coordinate services between kitchen and drivers
• Assign team tasks, ensure on-time departures and proper dock operations
• Enforce safety procedures, conduct equipment checks and maintain clean vehicles
• Ensure compliance with airline specifications, wage & hour policies, and company procedures
• Prepare management reports (attendance, HAACP, labor) and liaise with HR and support functions
• Oversee manpower planning and staffing levels per shift and handle staffing adjustments
