Job summary

Gate Gourmet is seeking an experienced supervisor to manage dish room, EPA, liquor/beverage, and transportation operations in a fast-paced catering environment. You will lead a team of 30+ hourly staff, ensure quality standards and adherence to airline specifications, and coordinate with HR and management to optimize unit performance.

This role requires strong leadership, operational discipline, and the ability to train and coach employees while maintaining safety and cost controls.

Qualifications

• Bilingual abilities a plus.
• Experience supervising 30+ hourly employees.
• Knowledge of HACCP and safety standards.

Responsibilities
