Qualifications

• Certified TAPT official or must be obtained within one year.
• Texas CDL Class A or B with TEA Bus Driver Certification, or obtain within 6 months.
• Ability to direct and manage operations of a large fleet of vehicles.
• Must pass DOT alcohol and drug tests and annual physical.
• Knowledge of energy management and vehicle repair and maintenance; conduct on-site inspections.
• Ability to manage budget and personnel.
• Ability to implement policy and procedures.
• Ability to interpret data.
• Ability to use technology to plan, operate, monitor, and evaluate transportation operations.
