Standard Logistics in Texas is seeking a Fleet Supervisor to lead drivers, equipment, scheduling, and safe operation supporting raw material pickup, deliveries, and coordination with plant logistics.

You will promote a safe, accident-free, and healthy work environment while ensuring DOT compliance, fleet performance, and cost control. The role requires 3+ years in fleet operations and a BS in business or logistics.

Qualifications

• H.S. Diploma or GED required.
• Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, or Supply Chain/Logistics preferred.
• 3+ years experience in fleet operations.
• 2+ years experience with associated vendors (drivers, equipment, operations, etc.).

Responsibilities

• Ensure DOT requirements are met, including driver logs, certifications, and training.
• Coordinate pick-up and delivery of raw materials with production and logistics teams.
• Manage fleet, drivers, equipment, and budgets to meet service and cost objectives.
• Schedule shifts, monitor attendance, and process payroll for drivers.
• Negotiate and manage vendor relationships for repairs and services.
• Identify fleet efficiency improvements and cost savings opportunities.
